We aim to build a supportive community of international women through shared experiences and mutual encouragement.

Are you currently navigating the transition from the perimenopause to menopause or already in post-menopause?Join Our Vibrant Community!Join our incredible community and embrace the transition from the perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause with support and connection.Here's what we have planned for you:- Monthly Virtual Gatherings: Connect with like-minded women in our community through online gatherings once a month.
- 30-Minute Meditation Sessions: Find calm and presence in your body with our regular meditation sessions.
- 4 In-Person Workshops: Participate in workshops designed to educate and empower you on your menopausal journey.
- 4 In-Person Mindful Walks: Experience the beauty of Paris while managing stress through our guided mindful walks.
All events will take place between September 2024 and June 2025. More information will be available in September. Join us and be part of this transformative experience!

About Tania Founder of Menopause Yoga ParisTania Del RIo, accredited by The Menopause Yoga Teacher Training in the UK by Petra Coveney in May of 2024, is a Paris-based multicultural well-being coach with a PhD in Biology from NYU. With a strong background in scientific research and holistic health, she offers a unique approach to well-being.Passionate about mental well-being, she helps clients navigate stress, find purpose, and thrive both mentally and physically in multicultural environments.Tania discovered yoga as a stress management tool during her days as a doctoral student in New York (many years ago!) and her life (and career) path changed forever.Join us at Menopause Yoga Paris and be part of our vibrant, international community.
